Welcome to Hamstr (“Platform” / “Site”), owned and operated by Arutis Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India. This Platform includes the website, mobile applications, and all associated digital services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
Hamstr is a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates influencer discovery, brand–creator collaborations, creator–fan engagement, and paid interaction services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Definitions
- “Services” refer to all services offered through the Platform.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including creators, fans, brands, and agencies.
- “Creator / Influencer” refers to individuals with a social media presence who create content and influence audiences.
- “Registered User” refers to users who create an account on the Platform.
- “Content” includes any text, images, videos, audio, data, or materials shared on the Platform.
- “Personal Information” includes any data that identifies a user such as name, email, phone number, IP address, or other identifiable information.
Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Nature of Platform
- Hamstr operates as an intermediary technology platform that connects creators, fans, brands, and agencies.
- The Company does not control or guarantee user interactions, outcomes, campaign performance, or earnings.
- The Company is not a party to agreements between users and does not endorse or verify user content.
User Responsibilities
- Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with all applicable laws.
- Users are solely responsible for their content, interactions, and any agreements entered into with other users.
Creator / Influencer Terms
- Creators must provide authentic information, maintain professional conduct, and comply with advertising and legal regulations.
- Creators must not engage in misleading promotions, fraudulent activities, or unlawful conduct.
- Creators operate independently and are not employees or representatives of the Company.
Brand & Agency Terms
- Brands and agencies must provide accurate campaign details, comply with applicable laws, and respect creator rights.
- All campaign engagements are independent arrangements between users.
- The Platform does not guarantee campaign success or performance outcomes.
Content & Data Usage
- Users retain ownership of their content.
- By using the Platform, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, modify (for technical purposes), and promote content.
- The Company may use user data to operate, improve, and promote the Platform.
Data Collection & Privacy
- The Platform may collect personal information, social media data, and usage data.
- This data is used to provide services, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and enable platform functionality.
- The Company does not sell personal data.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
Unregistered Data Usage
- The Platform may collect publicly available influencer data for discovery purposes.
- Users may request removal or correction of their data by contacting support@hamstrai.com.
Acceptable Use Policy
- Users must not engage in harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities.
- Users must not upload or distribute harmful, obscene, misleading, or infringing content.
- Use of bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized automation is prohibited.
- Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
Platform Rights
The Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, or modify services at its discretion.
Third-Party Services
- The Platform may use third-party services such as payment providers, cloud infrastructure, and analytics tools.
- The Company is not responsible for third-party failures or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

- The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last three months.

- All Platform materials (excluding user content) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit such materials without permission.
Service Interruptions

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
